Harry Potter in Stamford Bridge?

Who would have thought Tuchel out? Just after seven games, just in September and especially with Roman Abramovich out.
Even in the days of the Ruthless Russian billionaire we would still wait till the infamous month of November before we see the boots, hmm… Americans dey vex o.

The football World was in shock to indeed see the German tactician and champions league winner ‘part ways’ with the blues on Wednesday morning after losing his first champions league group match on Tuesday night, even though that was a disappointing feat to say but the least I guess it was generally believed that it would just be a minor setback but apparently some Directors already had plans.

Shocking as it was, we are yet to see enough as at when list of potential replacement popped up, the likes of Zidane, Pochetino and even Brendan Rogers ‘looked normal’ but to see Harry Potter, sorry Graham Potter on the list almost looked unbelievable.
Quite alright the English man had done a decent job at Brighton, over the last couple of years however expectations were rift that someone tested at the top would more likely be appointed.

New owner and interim Sporting Director – Todd Boehly made it abundantly clear that he wanted the ‘Innovator’ and someone who ‘has skills even outside the pitch’ but I can bet that many football fans will claim not be familiar with the former Brighton’s Manager’s name before now but his testimonial at the former relegation customers proves that he indeed possesses some magic like his name sake did in the popular British novel and movie series and he who wasn’t necessarily the most powerful witch but managed to bring down the most powerful, we can only hope Graham will achieve the same feat with the likes of Pep Guadiola, Jurgen Klopp and co.

Welcome to Stamford Bridge, Mr Potter.
